Monthly members enjoy access to The Mind-Body Library—an online library of over 150 videos & guided audio practices including yoga, pilates, chair yoga, chair pilates, tai chi, qigong, guided meditation, guided relaxation, and more. A wide variety of options fit your schedule with short 5-15 minute practices to full 60-75 minute classes. Monthly memberships can also include online group classes via Zoom depending on which membership level you choose.

$9/month Affordable Access: Partial access to the Mind-Body Library including all Yoga, Chair Yoga, Qigong, and Guided Meditation practices. This tier does not include Pilates, Tai Chi, Deep Rest Yoga Nidra, or guided Mantra practices. $35/month 3 Live Classes:  Attend 3 group classes on Zoom each month, plus complete access to the Mind-Body Library. Discounted pricing for online programs and retreats on Zoom.

$50/month 6 Live Classes:  Attend 5 group classes on Zoom each month, plus complete access to the Mind-Body Library. Discounted pricing for online programs and retreats on Zoom.

$65/month 9 Live Classes:  Attend 9 group classes on Zoom each month, plus complete access to the Mind-Body Library. Discounted pricing for online programs and retreats on Zoom.
